Use the Charger
Discharge
Take out the battery cover of Nikon D40,put the battery cover into the groove of the battery packs output jack(in case of losing).Put the battery pack into battery hole of camera and tighten the screws.
Capacity indication: press shutter button, when the capacity of battery pack more than 20%,the green LED lights about 3-5 seconds. When less 20%, red LED lights 3-5 seconds, its time to charge.
